Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Luxury Parent Concierge, we take pride in offering highly personalised services tailored to each client. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, our refund and cancellation terms are designed to balance flexibility for our clients with fairness to our team and trusted partners.
1. General Policy

All bookings are confirmed once payment (or deposit) has been received.

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the terms below, unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations by the Client

More than 14 days before the service date: Eligible for a full refund, minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., third-party booking fees).

7–14 days before the service date: Eligible for a 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before the service date: No refund will be issued.
Certain services (such as product sourcing, customised orders, or third-party bookings) may be non-refundable once confirmed. This will be clearly outlined before booking.
3. Cancellations by The Luxury Parent Concierge
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a confirmed booking, clients will receive either:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule at no additional cost (subject to availability.)
4. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a service by providing at least 7 days’ notice before the original service date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs if third-party providers are involved.

Requests made less than 7 days before the service may be treated as a cancellation (i.e. refund rules apply).
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

Products that have been sourced, customised, or ordered on your behalf

Completed services, consultations, or events already delivered
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to zoe@theluxuryparentconcierge.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, using the original method of payment (unless otherwise agreed).
