We provide bespoke family concierge services, including (but not limited to) pregnancy support, nursery and home preparation, postnatal support, lifestyle services, product curation, and expert referrals.
Descriptions of our services are provided for general information only. We reserve the right to update or modify services, prices, and availability at any time.
2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to confirmation by The Luxury Parent Concierge.

Payment terms, including deposits and final payments, will be specified at the time of booking.

We accept payments via bank transfer.

Prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as stated.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see Section 7).
3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking services.

Clients are responsible for any special requirements, allergies, or medical conditions relevant to the services requested.

The Eligibility, timing and amount of any refund will depend on the service booked and the terms stated at booking.

When engaging with them on your behalf, you contract with them directly; we act as the facilitator.
